Costa Rica Retreats are full of fun and great food. We use the surrounding environment so you can really get a feel for what makes this country so incredible.  Hiking, paddleboarding and zip lining are some of the favorites.

Our community of Las Catalinas is beautiful, with 3 restaurants, a boutique hotel and a beach club (pic above). The Beach Club features a family pool, lap pool, adult pool, heated spa, and a fitness center. With over 1000 acres, Las Catalinas encompasses 2 beaches, 3 mountains, over 25 miles of trails, a beautiful open-air workout area and an on-site gear shop.  With so many options, we have hand-selected the best activities for you.  Or if you prefer, spend the day relaxing in a hammock by the beach. 

When it comes to food, we’ve got you covered. Chef Frank will be preparing most of your dinners. He was an executive chef in California before moving to Costa Rica. He uses local ingredients and can cater to all food types including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.

 

Fruit basket with oceanDuring the day, our “house mom” prepares a delicious breakfast with fresh fruits, eggs, a traditional rice and bean mixture called “gallo pinto” and other options. Organic salads and lean proteins are offered for most lunches. Homemade guacamole, fresh fruit and salsa fresca are available through the day.
